BARMAN / BARMAID – Permanent full-time contract 100% with accommodation possibility during the trial period

We are looking for our bar team:

Your duties

Within the Waves, our iconic rooftop lounge, you will be responsible for a unique customer experience in an exceptional setting. Thanks to your expertise in mixology and your sense of service, you will help enhance every moment and ensure impeccable quality, whether at the bar or in the dining area.

• Welcome and advise customers with professionalism and elegance
• Take orders and prepare drinks, cocktails and house creations
• Ensure smooth and quality service, even during busy periods
• Manage bar stocks and equipment
• Actively participate in the development of drink, cocktail and spirit menus
• Handle payment for consumptions

(Available to work according to usual restaurant hours, both during the week and at weekends)

Your profile

• Excellent presentation and strong customer service skills
• Native French speaker, fluent English essential
• Strong technical skills in bar work
• Very good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
• Mastery of cocktail creation and sales techniques
• Successful experience as a Barman/Barmaid in a 4 or 5-star establishment
