Team Leader for E-Shop 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

* Together with other team leaders, you lead and coordinate an on-site warehouse area with around 50 employees and ensure the smooth running of daily operational business.

* You support the department manager in professional and organisational leadership and fully deputise during their absence.

* In case of deviations or disruptions, you are the central contact person, analyse causes and initiate appropriate measures.

* You ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and internal guidelines and drive continuous process optimisation.

What do I need to be successful?

* A completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a structured working method, distinguish you.

* You are a assertive and team-oriented leadership personality who keeps an overview even under high workload.

* Very good German skills and good IT knowledge complete your profile. Experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.

What are my benefits?

• 2-3 months or also long-term

• Working hours:
  1st shift 06:00 - 15:00

  2nd shift 09:00 - 18:00

  Every third Saturday from 06:00 - 15:00, compensated by a day off during the week
