As an Electronics Technician for Operational Technology, you are primarily responsible for the electrical functionality and operational safety of our machines, systems and buildings. You carry out preventive maintenance, fault analyses and repairs, ensuring a smooth production process. In addition to your technical expertise, you actively contribute to optimisation projects, identify energy saving potentials and drive the further development of the electrical infrastructure. Your work is varied and ranges from daily maintenance measures to collaboration with external specialists on new installations. You also occasionally take on on-call duties to ensure operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution and monitoring of electrical maintenance work on machines, systems and buildings
Troubleshooting and fault clearance to minimise downtime and ensure operational safety
Sub-project management for internal electrical installation changes - from planning to implementation
Coordination and collaboration with external partners for new installations and commissioning
Recording, analysing and optimising electrical energy consumption, including improving data quality
Identification and implementation of energy saving measures
Maintenance, organisation and management of the electrical workshop and electrical warehouse
Conducting and documenting inspections in accordance with applicable regulations and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or comparable qualification
ESTI recognition or willingness to obtain the operational electrician permit according to NIV Art. 13 / Art. 15
Experience in industrial plant maintenance is an advantage
Sound knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology
Structured and independent working with a high awareness of safety and quality
Analytical thinking and quick decision-making ability in case of faults
Good IT skills, especially in handling MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
