Service Technician (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Service and Commissioning: You are responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of our high-quality machines and systems directly at our customers’ sites.
- Customer Support: You support our customers and branches by phone, online or on-site with technical questions and issues related to commissioning and customer service.
- Creation of Documentation and Training: You create professional documentation for service activities and conduct training sessions for customer personnel and technicians.
- Sales Support: You assist the sales team in marketing services, retrofits and spare parts, thereby actively contributing to business success.
- Technical On-Site Support: When necessary, you travel to our customers in Europe to carry out maintenance work and problem-solving on-site – quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician, IT specialist, electronics technician or electrician with specific further training.
- Knowledge of CODESYS is an advantage, as well as experience in network technology, control and drive technology.
- You work analytically, structured and independently and bring professional experience, ideally from the milling or food industry.
- Technical understanding is your strength, and you are able to quickly grasp complex technical issues and act in a solution-oriented manner.
