What is my role?

As a team leader in technical operations, you take on a central role in ensuring the smooth running of all technical processes and lead your team with competence and commitment.

• You lead and coordinate a team of technical operations staff

• You take responsibility for maintenance, servicing and repair of technical equipment and operating resources

• You plan and allocate work tasks and ensure timely completion

• You are the contact person for other departments regarding technical questions and malfunctions

• You continuously optimise work processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship (electrician, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic or comparable)

• You bring several years of professional experience in technical operations, ideally with leadership experience

• You enjoy leading and motivating a team

• You work in a structured way, keep an overview and can set priorities

• You have good communication skills and work independently
