Customer Advisor Outbound Telephony (100%), temporary

Your Tasks

• Active telephone approach to existing customers
• Arranging consultation appointments for the customer advisors
• Identifying customer needs and sales potential
• Documenting customer contacts
• Processing customer enquiries

Your Profile

• Experience in sales, outbound telephony or appointment scheduling
• Convincing communication skills and enjoyment of active telephoning
• Very good German skills, Swiss German an advantage
• French an advantage
• Commercial training as well as experience in banking, contact centre or service sector an advantage
• Confident in using Office applications
• Impeccable debt enforcement and criminal record extract (mandatory)

We Offer

• Assignment from 19.10. to 04.12.2026, option to extend
• Monday to Friday, shift work between 08:00 and 18:00
• Hourly wage depending on experience from CHF 35.- gross
• Workplace on site, no home office
