Tasks
- Handling the ordering process from A to Z
- Front Desk: Customer contact (inbound) by phone and email (in D/F/E/IT)
- Consultation regarding our Residential and Standard Business Internet products
- Processing of new customer, change and cancellation procedures
- Communication with our suppliers by phone and email
- Procurement processing; use of the respective supplier online tools
- Support of first level support
- General correspondence
Ideally, you are interested in internet technology and telecommunications - with a quick grasp and high commitment, you can also acquire the knowledge on the job. Reliability and good cooperation are a matter of course for you as a team player. A structured and independent way of working helps you to complete your daily tasks while always approaching internal and external stakeholders in a service- and solution-oriented manner.
Requirements
- Commercial training EFZ, comparable qualification or retail specialist EFZ in telecommunications/consumer electronics OR several years of experience in telephone customer contact
- Experience in telecommunications is an advantage
- Very good computer skills
- German: Mandatory very good knowledge in spoken and written form
- English: Good knowledge in spoken and written form
- French and/or Italian: Good to very good knowledge spoken and written is an advantage
- Other foreign languages very welcome
- Willingness to work shifts: Usually between 8:00 and 18:30 / no weekend shifts
