Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our branch
we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as a Senior Consultant,
who wants to advise with passion, inspire and competently
support our clients. In this role, you actively shape the entire consulting process,
build sustainable relationships and contribute significantly to the success
of our branch.

Tasks

• You have completed commercial training or a relevant degree.
• Several years of experience in consulting, recruiting or sales distinguish you - ideally in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance and analytical thinking are among your strengths
• You communicate confidently in German, and English as an additional language is a welcome plus
• Handling MS Office, CRM systems and common social media platforms is natural for you

• Consulting and support of clients on site
• Conducting analyses and developing suitable solutions
• Supporting the recruiting process and accompanying candidates
• Mentoring and coaching junior consultants
• Using digital tools for customer and project management
