As the first point of contact for our customers throughout Switzerland, you competently advise them on our entire range of mailboxes and parcel boxes. You combine active telephone sales, offer preparation, data management and commercial support to ensure reliable and comprehensive customer follow-up from A to Z.

Your tasks

• Advise and support our customers in French-speaking Switzerland by telephone on our products and services
• Prepare and enter offers in the ERP system (proALPHA)
• Ensure follow-up of acquired orders up to invoicing
• Develop sales of mailboxes and parcel boxes by telephone
• Update customer data in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
• Handle complaints and service requests

Your profile

• Basic commercial training with several years of professional experience in the technical field required
• Strong interest in telephone sales and customer service
• Knowledge of civil protection structures: an advantage
• Good ability to read plans and excellent spatial perception
• Good command of MS Office tools
• Very good command of German, spoken and written, is essential
• Very good command of French, spoken and written, is essential
