In the Collective Life Claims area, we support insured persons and employers in crucial life situations. We ensure that benefit claims are examined and processed fairly, transparently, and with a customer focus. We focus not only on regulations and legal requirements but also on the people behind them.
In our team, you are an important point of contact for insured persons, employers, as well as internal and external partners. You ensure professional case management, assess benefit claims during incapacity for work, and confidently navigate between legal requirements, regulations, and the individual needs of our customers. With your interconnected thinking, you recognise relationships, find solutions, and contribute to the fair, efficient, and customer-oriented handling of benefit cases.

What you do
- You examine and assess benefit claims in cases of incapacity for work based on regulatory foundations.
- You obtain medical records, authorisations, and insurance files, assess medical matters, and initiate the necessary steps in the benefits process.
- You coordinate collaboration with daily sickness benefits, accident and social insurers, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, and assess the need for case management measures.
- You actively manage your benefit cases throughout the entire process, set revisions and follow-ups, and ensure their timely processing.
- You advise insured persons, employers, as well as internal and external partners by phone and in writing, ensuring customer-oriented, transparent, and timely case handling.
What you bring
- Commercial training, further education as a social insurance specialist (m/f/d) is an advantage
- You already have experience within the 2nd pillar, experience in claims processing is an advantage
- Affinity for handling various IT applications
- High service and customer orientation
- Native French speaker
