Senior Physician 80 - 100% Outpatient Adult Psychiatry (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Inpatient patient care and professional leadership of the interdisciplinary team in a partnership dual leadership with the nursing ward management
Ensuring quality-oriented therapeutic and medical care together with assistant physicians and psychologists
Structured training and regular supervision of assigned assistant physicians and assistant psychologists
Continuous development of ward concepts and professional orientation in collaboration with the senior physician team and nursing management
Qualifications:
Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or near completion of training
Valid professional practice licence of the canton of St. Gallen or willingness to obtain it before starting the position
Experience or interest in inpatient treatment of mentally ill people as well as a recovery-oriented attitude
Independent and responsible working style, flexibility, team spirit and strong communication skills
Willingness for continuous development and very good German skills at least at C1 level
