Quality Controller (M/F)

We are looking for a meticulous and versatile person to ensure the aesthetic and technical inspection of machined microtechnical parts throughout the manufacturing process.
The position combines visual inspection, dimensional control, and monitoring of parts compliance according to defined quality requirements.

Desired profile:

• Basic technical training in mechanics, microtechnology, quality or considered equivalent.
• Proven experience in quality control of machined parts, ideally in a microtechnical, watchmaking or precision environment.
• Very good mastery of reading plans and dimensional and geometric tolerances.
• Good practice of conventional measuring instruments and optical control means.
• Ability to perform both aesthetic and technical and dimensional inspections.
• Excellent visual acuity, attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Meticulous, autonomous, methodical person comfortable in a production environment.
• Good analytical skills, clear communication and ability to collaborate with production teams.

• Carry out aesthetic and dimensional inspections of machined microtechnical parts according to plans, ranges and quality criteria.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure component compliance.
• Use appropriate measuring tools: caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, height gauge, profile projector or optical equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensional and geometric tolerances as well as control specifications.
• Identify, isolate and document non-compliant parts, then ensure traceability of inspections performed.
• Participate in sorting operations and non-conformity analyses in collaboration with production and quality departments.
• Ensure proper use of control means and compliance with procedures, instructions and quality requirements.
