Project Manager: Construction Management / Client Representation 80 - 100 %

You actively contribute to the implementation of Suva’s real estate strategy with economic, social and environmental topics.
What you achieve
- You lead and develop demanding renovation, conversion and new build projects for Suva in your market area.
- You are responsible for the implementation of client-side tasks and project-related decisions regarding partner selection, cost-effectiveness and quality.
- You coordinate and lead planners, external client representatives and other contractors in all project phases from strategic planning through to realisation and defect rectification and warranty management.
- You work interdisciplinarily with the portfolio and asset managers of our real estate department.
What you bring
- You have a degree (ETH, University/FH) as an architect, civil engineer or have completed a technical college. A postgraduate degree in business administration or real estate management is an advantage.
- You bring several years of experience in project management and leading construction projects.
- You are willing to travel as part of your projects (approx. 20-30%).
- You have native-level German skills. Knowledge of French is a plus.
