Digital business processes, ERP systems and intelligent automation are at the heart of this exciting role. We are looking for a committed individual who will further develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, connect departments and design modern solutions for efficient business processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Analysis and optimisation of business processes together with internal departments
Recording, evaluation and coordination of technical requirements with external system partners
Support of the interface between business users, IT and software suppliers
Ensuring stable application operation as well as coordination of support and change processes
Advising users on system questions, functionalities and process optimisations
Accompanying updates, extensions and system adjustments
Support and further development of integrations between Business Central and surrounding systems
Participation in digitalisation projects focusing on automation and process improvement
Support in the introduction of modern Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Business Intelligence solutions
Qualifications:
Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and experience with ERP system landscapes
Experience in application management or support of business applications
Understanding of business processes and their technical implementation
Knowledge of Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage
Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with departments
Interest in digitalisation, automation and modern Microsoft solutions
