Your Tasks
As a Team Leader Nursing, you take on a central role in shaping a stable and well-organised daily nursing routine. You want not only to organise nursing but also to actively shape it, take responsibility, and lead people on an equal footing?
You make operational decisions, lead your nursing team in a present, clear, and appreciative manner, and support it in daily business as well as in complex situations. In doing so, you take on personnel responsibility, accompany the development of your employees, and contribute to duty planning and personnel deployment. In close cooperation with nursing management, specialists, and other professional groups, you promote quality, good collaboration, and sensible use of resources. Our role model focuses on strengths rather than hierarchy and offers you the opportunity to actively shape processes and sustainably develop nursing.
Your Profile
- Training at secondary level (FaGe) or tertiary level (HF or FH)
- Several years of professional experience
- Flexibility and resilience
- Networked and interprofessional thinking
- Open and constructive personality
