For our client in the Canton of Bern, we are looking for a committed specialist for the intensive care unit. In this temporary position, you will care for patients in a dynamic team dedicated to comprehensive care. You cover all shifts, including weekend duties, and contribute to optimal care. Your Tasks
- You care for patients in the intensive care unit.
- You take responsibility for early, late, and night shifts, including weekends.
- You work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
- You use your expertise to continuously monitor the health status of patients.
- You assist in implementing care plans and adjust them as needed.
Our Requirements
- You have completed further training as an Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF.
- You have experience in caring for intensive care patients.
- You are willing to work in a shift system that also includes weekend duties.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You are resilient and can keep a cool head in stressful situations.
