CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F)

In this context, we are currently looking for a:

CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F)

Permanent position | Watchmaking | La Chaux-de-Fonds

Your mission

You actively participate in the manufacture of high-precision watch components, from programming to machining, respecting quality, performance, and deadline standards.

Your responsibilities

• Program parts on Alphacam (3 and 5 axes).

• Perform set-ups, start-ups, and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines
  (Fanuc control is an asset).

• Machine high value-added watch components.

• Ensure dimensional and quality control using measuring instruments.

• Actively contribute to the versatility and dynamics of the team.

• Achieve objectives regarding quality, performance, and deadlines.

Your profile

• Training as a Precision Mechanic or Micromechanic, with several years of experience in watchmaking (movement parts are an asset).

• Excellent mastery of set-up and CNC programming.

• Comfortable with reading plans and using common measuring devices.

• Organised, precise, proactive personality, solution-oriented with a team spirit.

• Great rigour in applying procedures and quality standards.
