Co-responsibility for the stable operation of workplace solutions and managed services
Support customers in 2nd-level support and with technical issues
Participation in challenging projects with modern Microsoft technologies
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through reliable IT services
Maintenance and further development of client and service environments
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and experience in IT support
Enthusiasm and practical knowledge in handling Microsoft 365 technologies
Experience in operating and supporting workplace solutions
Confident use of ticketing systems and support processes
Very good German skills, French is an advantage
