IT System Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Responsibilities:
- You ensure the stable operation of our IT basic infrastructure with Windows and Linux servers, vSphere, clients, M365, Azure, network, cloud telephony and Claude AI.
- In this role, you take on 1st and 2nd level support and coordinate triage to internal departments and external partners.
- As an IT system management specialist, you further develop client management with Intune and Action and procure suitable IT workplace equipment.
- You support our business-specific applications, including care documentation, and ensure their smooth operation.
- In this role, you lead ICT projects and migrations or actively participate in their implementation.
- As an IT system management specialist, you are responsible for updates, backups, licences, certificates, IT security and the associated documentation.
Qualifications:
- Completed ICT training EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Initial practical experience in IT operations from apprenticeship, internship or first employment
- Basic knowledge of servers and virtualisation, M365, Azure, Intune, network as well as cloud PBX, with willingness to develop further
- Enjoy supporting users without an IT background in an understandable way
- Structured, quality-conscious and reliable working style
- Fluent German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
