Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a non-profit group in the health and care sector with over 2,000 employees committed to integrated all-round care inpatient, outpatient, and at home, we are looking for an experienced specialist in the payroll area.
Together with a four-person team, you will ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2,200 employees and additionally take on the professional deputy role for the HR Services team leader. You can expect a dynamic, appreciative environment with plenty of room for development and design.

Responsibilities:
You independently carry out the monthly payment and booking runs, check them, and maintain mutations
You ensure the comprehensive handling of all payroll topics and represent the HR Services team leader professionally
You independently process and resolve social insurance issues
You competently advise and support employees and managers on payroll accounting and time management
You actively maintain and develop payroll systems as well as payroll and time management processes
You contribute to the upcoming harmonisation of payroll systems and employment conditions (including pension fund)
Qualifications:
You have solid practical experience as an HR/payroll specialist with interconnected thinking
Ideally, you bring (project) experience in the area of system or condition harmonisation
You work reliably, precisely, and independently with a strong service orientation
You are a team player, flexible, and willing to take on more professional responsibility
You hold a federal professional certificate
