Head of Cleaning Services for Regional Hospitals

In the Facility and Real Estate Services sector, around 500 employees from approximately 44 nations work together. This sector provides central infrastructural services such as cleaning, laundry and bed supply, as well as the management of staff accommodation, rooms, parking spaces and properties. The goal is to deliver efficient, economical and high-quality services for patients, employees and visitors.

What to expect

• Personnel and professional leadership of the cleaning services at the regional hospitals
• Ensuring hygienically impeccable, high-quality, economical and customer-oriented service delivery
• Management and optimisation of quality, performance, productivity, costs and resource use based on appropriate key figures
• Further development and standardisation of processes, working methods, operating resources and service models
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees as well as ensuring an effective and needs-based organisation
• Active collaboration with internal stakeholders and specialist departments as well as participation in changes, projects and site integrations

What you bring

• Higher education in Facility Management or a comparable qualification suitable for the role
• Extensive professional experience in cleaning management, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex service organisation
• Several years of leadership experience with larger, preferably decentralised or multi-site organised teams
• Experience in quality assurance, key figure management, process optimisation and business management
• Strong service and quality orientation as well as a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative and decisive leadership personality with confident demeanour, willingness to change and high flexibility
