In this role, you contribute to ensuring that holidays take place in a secure digital environment and that people can travel relaxed and mindfully. You take responsibility for designing and continuously improving modern IT security solutions. As an IT Security Engineer, you understand security not only as a technical task but as a mission for a resilient and trustworthy IT landscape. You act as the architect of protection mechanisms and ensure that security requirements are embedded in systems, applications, and processes. At the same time, you act as an ambassador of a lived security culture and raise awareness among others for responsible handling of digital resources.
Responsibilities:
You operate and develop the security landscape with a focus on Fortigate, GCP and Sophos
You take responsibility for IAM, authentication and identity services
Vulnerability scanning, patch management and incident response are part of your daily routine
You contribute your expertise in root cause analyses and on IT on-call duty
You strengthen the security-first culture with awareness training
Qualifications:
IT education EFZ/HF/FH and at least 3 years of security experience
Very good knowledge of Fortinet, ideally experience with GCP, SCIM and SAML
Know-how in ISO 27001 and NIST
Hands-on team player with a solution-oriented working style
Fluent written and spoken German, English B2/C1
