What to expect
A responsible interface function between technology, specialist departments, and external partners.
Scope for design in the further development of business-critical IT services.
Close collaboration with DevOps, testing, architecture, and infrastructure.
Varied tasks focusing on quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
The opportunity to sustainably shape standards and processes.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the stable operation of central IT services and coordinate maintenance windows, changes, and technical renewals.
You manage external infrastructure partners, review agreed service levels, and promote efficient collaboration.
You take on the product owner role for the system team and prioritise projects together with test management and DevOps.
You identify improvement opportunities and drive automation as well as the modernisation of IT platforms.
You maintain operational documentation, monitor security and compliance requirements, and coordinate concerns from infrastructure, workplace, security, and application management.
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree in computer science or business informatics or a corresponding further education.
You bring several years of experience in operating business-critical IT systems and IT service management.
You are familiar with agile approaches such as Scrum and have already worked as a product owner or in a comparable role.
You have experience in managing service providers, suppliers, and technical partners.
You convince through analytical thinking, structured approach, initiative, and a strong solution orientation.
