Responsibilities

• Professional and personalised advice to customers about our range of BAIC vehicles.
• Accompany customers throughout the entire sales process, from the initial consultation to the final purchase.
• Build and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
• Constantly update product knowledge, market developments and competitor offers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for automobiles and sound knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent German; additional language skills (e.g. French or Italian) are an advantage.
• Valid Swiss driving licence (Category B).
