Internal Sales Department (30%)

Your Mission

• You are the preferred contact for our clients. You provide them with service-oriented advice.
• You receive orders by telephone, e-mail or via the webshop, enter them into the ERP system and ensure smooth order processing.
• You know our range, advise with passion and have a good instinct for proposing products suited to clients’ needs.
• You work closely with the external service and our logistics.

Your Profile

• French is your mother tongue; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You have experience in customer contact, enjoy communicating and have a good sense of sales.
• You are comfortable with IT applications.
• You have knowledge in the field of gastronomy or hospitality.
• You work independently, reliably and precisely.
• You are used to maintaining an overview in stressful situations, remain calm and know how to set priorities.
