For our client, an international high-tech company specialised in the energy and naval sector, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f) at 100% for a permanent contract.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You design technical solutions to meet the challenges and specifications of our clients, in close collaboration with other relevant departments
• You carry out context analyses and preliminary sizing calculations, and take charge of the constructive aspects as well as the preparation of manufacturing drawings
• You write technical documentation and participate in production follow-up, as well as factory and on-site testing
• You draft the technical proposals integrated into offers for our clients

You offer your new employer

• You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, specialising in design or similar
• You have solid experience in the design of machines and/or welded mechanical structures
• You master all stages of design up to the execution of the manufacturing dossier
• You ideally have knowledge of boiler making, machining, as well as manufacturing and welding techniques
• You demonstrate inventiveness and autonomy, are able to work on site and manage stress and priorities well
• You ideally have some experience with the constraints of the nuclear field, which would be a plus
• You are proficient in a 3D software, ideally CATIA V5
• You express yourself fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing
