About our client ?

For our client, an established social-medical company with a long tradition and over 25 locations in the Basel region, we are looking for committed professionals in the field of nursing and care (m/f/d). The company has been dedicated for generations to the well-being of elderly people as well as persons with special needs, with a strong focus on humanity, professionalism and quality. ?

Your tasks ?

• ? Carrying out nursing measures and supporting residents in everyday life according to the individual care plan
• ? Accompanying and caring for elderly people or those with special needs with empathy and professional competence
• ? Documenting nursing processes and working closely with the interdisciplinary team
• ? Assisting with personal care, mobilisation and daily structuring of the cared-for persons
• ? Communicating with relatives and other key persons in a sensitive and professional manner
• ? Participating in the development and implementation of quality standards in nursing

Your profile ?

• ? Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH, healthcare specialist (FaGe) or health and social assistant (AGS) or equivalent SRK certificate
• ? Initial or several years of professional experience in long-term care, elderly care or a comparable environment advantageous
• ? High social competence, empathy and a strong care orientation
• ? Good German skills (B2) spoken and written; additional language skills welcome
• ? Teamwork, resilience and reliability – also in demanding situations
• ? Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
