About the job
To strengthen our Executive Board, we are looking for an inspiring personality to take responsibility for our Private Clients & Distribution sector.
Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Executive Board, you will lead a strategic sector comprising Basic Clients, Investment Clients and Individual Clients. You will actively contribute to the Bank's strategic directions, the development of our distribution network, as well as the strengthening of our position in the Neuchâtel market.
As a recognised leader, you will support sector managers in their development, promote a culture of performance and closeness, and create conditions that allow your teams to reach their full potential. Thanks to your excellent knowledge of the regional economic fabric, you will represent our Bank to clients, partners and key players in the canton.
What awaits you?
- You actively participate in strategic reflections and the development of the Bank as a Member of the Executive Board;
- You lead and develop the Private Client sectors, composed of Basic Clients, Investment Clients and Individual Clients;
- You support and develop sector managers through close, demanding and motivating management;
- You define distribution orientations and ensure their implementation throughout the network;
- You identify market development opportunities and contribute to the Bank's influence within its area of activity;
- You foster a high-performing advisory culture, focused on service quality, closeness and client satisfaction;
- You represent the Bank to economic and institutional actors in the region and develop a solid and sustainable network;
- You actively contribute to organisational evolution and change management.
What do you bring?
- A higher education qualification in banking, finance or economics;
- Successful experience in supporting executives and multi-level management;
- A personality recognised for leadership, ability to unite and managerial courage;
- A solid understanding of issues related to distribution and market development;
- An excellent knowledge of the Neuchâtel market and its economic actors.
