Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd in Geneva has unveiled an ambitious architectural project to build its new global headquarters (1Roof) in Bellevue by 2023. Within this context, we are looking for a candidate to fulfil the following mission statement within the project team: Senior Project Manager client and user experience YOUR MISSION: Define, coordinate and manage projects that are an integral part of the 1Roof program from the client and user experience angle; Animate and coordinate the working session with the stakeholders depending on the different topics; Coordinate projects, track progress, make sure that all meetings are documented, capture the minutes and report results; Ensure transversal coordination with all the stakeholders and provide information and ongoing regular support; Prepare presentations with a clear content, produce materials for committees and forums; Participate in ad hoc working groups according to the various topics; Act as representative of future users of the building (complementary to experts/ technicians). DESIRED PROFILE: 7 - 10 years of experience as Project Manager; Capability to get highly involved in all topics (hands-on approach); Experience in change management; Be able to project forward and envisage innovative, smart solutions with autonomy and pragmatism; Ability to analyze, synthesize but most importantly produce content, good communicator; To have a broader understanding of how the bank works (all business lines / departments); Leverage on a good network within the bank, close to the field; Master Excel and Powerpoint (ability to transcribe ideas in a presentation / a document is key); Fluent in English and French; Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
