For our client, an established organisation in the public sector with an important societal mission, we are looking for a committed and structured individual as an IT Project Manager.
You will take responsibility for strategically relevant projects, actively drive change, and sustainably shape the further development of processes and organisation. - Taking over operational project management as well as supporting strategic initiatives
- Lateral leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as preparation of decision-making bases for project and steering committees
- Participation in tenders and procurement according to public procurement law
- Analysis, documentation and continuous optimisation of business processes
- Development of efficient process flows and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support in the standardisation and sustainable further development of the process landscape
- Further training in project management
- Several years of professional experience in leading and managing projects
- Experience in process management; knowledge of BPMN is an advantage
- Ideally experience in the public or publicly regulated sector
- Knowledge in change, risk and quality management is a plus
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with high initiative
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Tasks
- Planning, control and implementation of demanding projects while adhering to time, cost and quality requirements- Taking over operational project management as well as supporting strategic initiatives

Profile
- Completed higher education (HF/FH) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field- Further training in project management
- Several years of professional experience in leading and managing projects
- Experience in process management; knowledge of BPMN is an advantage
