For EMS Sauvabelin, we are looking for an assistant in care and community health at 80% for day activities only, with continuous hours

Your mission within our teams:

• Ensure the delivery and supervision of care delegated by the nursing team
• Support residents in daily life activities
• Ensure professional communication with all stakeholders
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary work, notably through professional practice analyses led by our nursing managers
• Be proactive by actively contributing to the improvement of care and support services and the conceptualisation of new projects

As an ASSC, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through two optional paths:

• Clinically: become a reference professional for families and relatives
• In team supervision at the care level: ensure coordination of services and development of health assistants’ skills

Your profile:

• CFC diploma as assistant in care and community health
• Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care is an asset
• You appreciate interdisciplinary environments and contribute through your interpersonal skills to fostering constructive exchanges
• Organised and able to manage priorities, you can handle varied situations and demonstrate mutual support
• Ability to motivate and empower, aptitude to give and receive feedback
• You are keen to enrich your skills, both clinical and transversal, to develop yourself and meet the challenges of the care field
