What to expect
- You lead your team of three employees and are responsible for achieving targets, adhering to service standards, and implementing various sales measures.
- You support employees in reaching their goals and developing their potential.
- You independently acquire new customers, proactively arrange appointments, and sell needs-based health and pension solutions.
- You maintain partnerships with companies and clubs and continuously expand your network.
- You represent CONCORDIA professionally and with passion in your region.
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training in a service- or sales-oriented environment.
- Ideally, you have leadership experience and are a motivating personality.
- Communicative, sociable, and with a winning manner, you convince customers.
- As an organisational talent and team player, you contribute to the successful growth of the agency.
- You have already completed the VBV training or are willing to do so – we support you in this.
