- You receive incidents and service requests and process them to full customer satisfaction and within the SLA
- You coordinate disruptions and issues that cannot be resolved at the service desk with application managers, external partners and suppliers
- You record and maintain knowledge base articles and instructions
- You actively participate in the further development of IT support processes and customer satisfaction
- You work on interesting digitalisation projects
- You are interested in IT and applications
- You are familiar with the Microsoft product range (Windows 10, Office including Teams and SharePoint)
- You have a strong customer orientation and always keep an overview and a cool head
- You communicate fluently in German. French and English are an advantage
- Developmental as well as independent work
- Modern equipped workplace with contemporary infrastructure

Tasks
- You provide 1st and 2nd level support across the entire IT service portfolio- You receive incidents and service requests and process them to full customer satisfaction and within the SLA

Profile
- You have initial experience in 1st or 2nd level support.- You are interested in IT and applications
- You are familiar with the Microsoft product range (Windows 10, Office including Teams and SharePoint)
- You have a strong customer orientation and always keep an overview and a cool head
- You communicate fluently in German. French and English are an advantage
