Your Role
As a Senior Talent Scout you will build your own recruiting business under the umbrella of JobTalente.
You decide which industries, companies and talents you want to support. You acquire clients, maintain long-term relationships and accompany candidates until successful job placement.
JobTalente provides you with the platform, infrastructure and ongoing support. This allows you to focus on the core business: bringing together what belongs together.

Your Background
- Good understanding of companies & people
- Enjoyment of consulting, recruiting & client contact
- Existing network
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Digitally savvy & use of LinkedIn & Co. is a given

Recruiting experience is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. What matters is your personality, your network, your market knowledge and your entrepreneurial drive.

Transparent Remuneration
We rely on a simple & transparent model:
- One-time entry fee: CHF 15,000
- Revenue up to CHF 250,000 per year: 70% share for you, 30% contribution to JobTalente
- From CHF 250,001 annual revenue: 100% of the revenue above that for you
