Our client Bruno’s Best AG in Sarnen is an established Swiss family business in food production. The company produces salad dressings and other high-quality food products, combining established structures, short decision-making paths, and a vision for the future.
For the next development phase, we are looking for a personality who brings together technology, processes, and organisation. At the centre is a strategically important factory expansion – combined with the opportunity to build a new key role within the company.

In this role, you will take on a central interface function between production, quality, engineering, and management.
What can you achieve?
- You will professionally shape a strategically important factory expansion
- You will bring together requirements from production, quality, technology, infrastructure, and logistics
- You will coordinate internal departments as well as external planning, construction, and technology partners
- You will develop processes, systems, interfaces, standards, and key figures further
- You will take responsibility for the ICT area and implement ERP, digitalisation, and process projects
- You will ensure coordinated workflows and accompany changes and new ways of working within the company
To succeed in this, your profile is:
- Higher education in food technology, production, process engineering, industrial engineering, process management, supply chain, engineering, or comparable
- Experience in the food industry or a food-related production environment
- Practical experience in production, infrastructure, or plant development projects
- Good understanding of production, hygiene, quality, food safety, and industrial processes
- Experience with ICT, ERP systems, digitalisation, process optimisation, and cross-departmental system topics
- Ability to translate requirements from production, quality, engineering, ICT, and management into actionable concepts
- Entrepreneurial, structured, and pragmatic personality with enthusiasm for an SME and family business
- Strong communication skills, reliable and appreciative in dealing with different stakeholders
- Very good German skills and good English skills
