SOCIAL EDUCATORS (psychiatric nurses)

90 - 100%

Your mission

Within a small team, you will support and care daily for six minors aged 11 to 18 benefiting from protective measures and presenting psychological or behavioural disorders. In this context, you will be required to develop individualised support projects. You will also need to establish close collaborative links with families as well as with the network of professionals surrounding these minors.

Workplace: 1110 Morges

Hours: Boarding schedule including evening and weekend shifts.

Start date: January 2027

Required qualifications:

- HES or ES Social Educator

- HES Psychiatric Nurse

- ASE with CFC level

Specific skills characterising the position:

• Willingness and ability to work with people suffering from emotional regulation difficulties, and/or trauma related to complex personal situations;
• Possess natural authority and a high level of internal security;
• Analytical skills and ability to maintain distance in complex situations;
• Proven teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of psychopathology and experience in psychiatric settings would be an advantage.
