Tasks

• You ensure high-quality care according to current nursing and treatment standards and, as the person responsible for the day, efficiently delegate tasks to employees of different competence levels.
• You take responsibility for complex care situations in everyday nursing and act as the key contact person for relatives and third parties as the primary nurse.
• You support, accompany and promote learners and students from various educational backgrounds in health and social care on their path to developing their competencies.
• You contribute your own ideas and share responsibility for implementing departmental goals.
• You make an important contribution to ensuring high-quality care and actively promote interdisciplinary collaboration.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as outstanding communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to think holistically and high resilience

Salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
