Together with our client, a company from the fiduciary sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Specialist Fiduciary 80–100 %. In this role, you will comprehensively support companies and private individuals in financial and tax matters. Your tasks with the new employer
- You will independently manage a diverse client portfolio, being responsible for accounting, financial statements, tax returns, and ongoing reporting with high professional quality
- Additionally, you will support SMEs and private clients in payroll matters, advise on tax issues, and act as a competent contact person for financial and entrepreneurial topics
- Occasionally, you will participate in interim assignments, support clients directly on site, and flexibly contribute your fiduciary expertise to various mandates and project situations
- In doing so, you will work with digital fiduciary tools, optimise processes, and actively help to further develop modern working methods and efficient procedures in day-to-day business
You offer your new employer
- You hold a professional certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting or are undergoing corresponding further training
- Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services enable you to manage mandates independently and to handle even complex issues confidently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- In addition to very good German skills, you have experience with common accounting software, preferably Abacus, as well as a high digital affinity
- Personally, you convince through personal responsibility, analytical thinking, a strong service mentality, and an open manner that makes client contact enjoyable for you
