For one of our partners, a well-established and recognised sanitary installation company, we are looking for an autonomous and solution-oriented Sanitary Repair Technician to operate in the Lausanne region.

Your playground:

You will work directly with a varied clientele of private individuals and on behalf of property management companies:

• Repair & Maintenance: You handle urgent and routine interventions (leak detection and repair, unblocking, replacement of taps, water heaters, etc.).

• Renovation & Upkeep: You carry out small modification or restoration works on sanitary installations.

• Customer Advice: You assess the situation on site, advise clients and property managers on the best technical options.

• Administrative Management: You write your intervention reports clearly and precisely to ensure optimal follow-up.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Sanitary Installer or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: You have several years of proven experience in sanitary repairs (regular contact with property management is a great asset).

• Autonomy: You know how to manage your priorities, take initiative on site and work completely independently.

• Interpersonal Skills: You have an excellent sense of service, a neat appearance and speak French fluently.

• Mobility: You hold a valid driving licence (essential for your daily travel).
