Role:
A specialised Swiss real estate company that supports owners and investors in the professional management, marketing and development of properties.
The combination of operational property management and strategic consulting is particularly exciting.
Employees work with different properties, ownerships and stakeholders and thus gain insight into a variety of issues around management, marketing and value development.
Responsibilities:
You manage a demanding key account mandate for a Swiss pension fund and act as the central contact person for all property-related matters.
You manage the directly held real estate investments in Switzerland holistically.
You monitor the economic and operational development of the portfolio and coordinate relevant measures along the property lifecycle.
In construction and development projects, you coordinate various parties involved and ensure targeted implementation.
In negotiations with owners, partners, planners and other stakeholders, you actively contribute your communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
You have a completed degree with a focus on finance or real estate economics.
You already have initial professional experience in real estate asset management or a related field.
Knowledge of tenancy, construction and planning law forms an important basis for your work.
You are committed, resilient and keep an overview even with several parallel projects and under time pressure.
Your strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to deal professionally with important business partners.
You have fluent German language skills.
