At this stage, we can tell you that the company is located in the Porrentruy region and has several hundred employees. It develops and manufactures high-precision technological components for international markets.

Your mission
As part of this responsible position, you will play a key role in improving industrial performance. You will be able to leverage your skills in cross-functional management, continuous improvement, LEAN and industrialisation to support teams and optimise production processes.

Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to industrial improvement and optimisation projects
Implement LEAN principles and tools
Participate in the selection and acquisition of equipment and tooling
Design and optimise the layout of production lines
Collaborate with different departments and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Identify and implement solutions to improve performance, quality and production efficiency
Provide your technical expertise in an industrial production environment
Work on CNC equipment, including lathes, milling machines and grinders
Participate in programming and using this equipment when necessary

Desired profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing / Production engineer
Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment
Solid experience in the use and deployment of LEAN principles
Practical experience in managing industrial projects
Experience in a technical production environment
Higher education in a technical or engineering field is an asset
Training in Lean Management and good command of continuous improvement tools
Ability to unite, motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
Open, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
Practical experience with CNC machines: turning, milling and grinding
Good level of English
