Multitech Solutions SA is continuing its development and strengthening its presence in Geneva.

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager capable of taking charge of the commercial development of our Geneva branch and becoming a true growth engine for the company.

Your mission

Your objective is simple: to develop the turnover of Multitech Solutions in French-speaking Switzerland.

You will be responsible for:

• prospecting and opening new industrial accounts;
• developing a client portfolio;
• identifying new projects and technical needs;
• preparing and following up on commercial offers;
• negotiating and closing deals;
• developing lasting relationships with industrial decision-makers;
• commercial follow-up of projects with our technical teams.

Our areas of intervention notably cover:

Industrial maintenance • Automation • Robotics • Retrofit • Industrial technical modifications and works

Profile sought

This position is exclusively for a senior commercial profile already established in the industrial world.

The following criteria are essential:

• proven experience in industrial B2B commercial development;
• active professional network in the Geneva and/or Romandy industry;
• demonstrated ability to open new accounts;
• access to decision-makers: technical managers, maintenance, projects, production, purchasing or management;
• ability to quickly generate concrete commercial opportunities;
• excellent autonomy;
• strong results-oriented culture;
• understanding of technical and industrial environments.

We are not looking for a salesperson tasked with working on incoming leads.

We are looking for someone who already knows their market, their contacts, and who knows how to create business.

A remuneration commensurate with results

We offer a solid base salary combined with a particularly attractive variable remuneration system.

The principle is deliberately simple:

the more you develop the activity, the more your remuneration increases.

To give an order of magnitude:

a Business Manager achieving CHF 3 million in turnover can reach a total remuneration of around CHF 350,000 per year, subject to margin level and conditions defined in the remuneration plan.

Higher performances are also rewarded.

This is therefore not a position with a symbolic or capped variable at a few tens of thousands of francs.

Results directly create your level of remuneration.

A branch to develop

You will be based in our offices in Plan-les-Ouates in Geneva, also equipped with a technical space / mini-workshop.

You will benefit from strong autonomy in developing the region, with the support of the technical and operational skills of Multitech Solutions.

For the right profile, the position offers real prospects for advancement as the Geneva activity develops.
