• Handling service and repair requests quickly and customer-oriented

• Support with inventory management, stocktaking, and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or comparable professional experience, ideally in telecommunications, multimedia, or electronics
• Enthusiasm for technology and digital communication solutions
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanour and enjoyment of customer contact and sales
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• Very good German skills; English or other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work at various locations
