Trainer / Trainer Health Specialist Stationary Services (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Supporting the team with care and support tasks within the defined service mandate
• Taking on activities in care, hospitality and logistics based on our FaGe competence profile
• Close collaboration with a nursing professional (tandem)
• Accompanying and promoting the health specialist in training in professional practice as well as documenting and assessing the practical training

Profile

• Health specialist EFZ or qualified nurse HF/FH, DN II or AKP (with foreign diploma recognised by SRK)
• Completed trainer course or willingness to attend it
• At least two years of professional experience in the acute sector
• Motivation to support our junior staff at the start of their career and during training and personal development
• Openness, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of a lively environment
