Performance Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You support the clinics and internal departments as a controlling partner in assessing economic developments and preparing important decisions.
You prepare complex financial data in an understandable way and provide management with meaningful key figures and decision-making bases.
You advise executives during regular finance and controlling meetings.
You question existing evaluations and drive the optimisation of controlling processes and systems.
You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and promote collaboration between finance and operational units.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a business degree at a university of applied sciences or university.
You have solid practical experience in controlling and are familiar with the requirements of a larger, complex organisation.
You possess a strong numerical understanding, quickly recognise connections, and work focused even under time pressure.
You are communicative, cooperative, and understand how to support internal stakeholders in a customer-oriented manner.
You have very good knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP FI/CO and BW and command German fluently in both written and spoken form.
