International Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Management and execution of external installations for our softcover machines at customers worldwide.
• Training and instruction of substitute and customer personnel on site.
• Installation of electrical modifications and extensions on existing machines and systems.
• Support of substitute personnel with various service, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Competent contact person for technical questions and challenges at the customer site.
• Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented execution of all assignments.

Your Profile

• Completed training as an electrician, electromechanic, mechatronics technician or similar; machines, electrical systems and service assignments are exactly your thing.
• Customers appreciate your open, professional manner and your solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• You keep an overview even when the machine is down and the customer is waiting for a quick solution.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French is an advantage.
• Interest in international travel activity.
