Technical support and ensuring the stable operation of cloud solutions and customer environments
Sound understanding of cloud infrastructures, services, and technologies
Development and implementation of solution proposals and changes
Analysis and resolution of technical problems and faults
Optimisation and assurance of an efficient cloud operation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ)
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support including ticket processing and helpline
Strong problem-solving skills and independent working style
Customer-oriented support and handling of IT requests
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
