SAP CO Specialist

Shape the future of controlling at Insel Gruppe! In this exciting role, you will take on a central expert position in the further development of our controlling tools. You translate business management requirements into stable SAP CO solutions, thereby laying the technical foundation for a modern, future-proof controlling at Insel Gruppe.

What to expect

• You are responsible for the professional design, implementation and documentation of all processes, especially for the planning and cost and performance accounting (KLR) logic in SAP CO
• You ensure a stable, performant and consistent data flow between SAP CO and the downstream reporting systems
• You technically map planning at the level of profit centre, cost centre, statistical key figures and internal orders and continuously develop it further
• You configure and optimise internal cost allocation (ILV) as well as template allocation in SAP
• You continuously harmonise and optimise the technical planning and KLR structures, taking into account the requirements of a hospital operation (REKOLE®)
• You ensure the highest data quality, consistency and audit-proof traceability of all planning and KLR data
• You take on significant responsibility in contributing to the technical implementation of the SAP S/4HANA introduction and actively shape the further development of our controlling tools

What you bring

• Completed business administration university degree (Uni / FH) in business administration or business informatics
• Several years of practical experience in the technical handling of SAP CO as well as very good to excellent knowledge of the module
• Practical expertise in setting up internal cost allocation (ILV) and template allocation
• In-depth understanding of controlling processes and their technical mapping in SAP systems
• Further training in the SAP environment (especially SAP CO) or in data integration is a plus
• Advantageous: knowledge of the REKOLE® methodology and the Swiss hospital cost and performance accounting environment (KLR)
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, high problem-solving skills and structured working style
• Ability to communicate and document complex technical matters clearly
• Strong team, service and consulting orientation
• Independence, initiative and sense of responsibility as well as enjoyment in further developing technical solutions
