You are responsible for group-wide management of clients and printers, including lifecycle planning, setup, and process optimisation
You take over user management and conduct training for new employees in both German and English
You lead the 1st level helpdesk and take care of organising and implementing on-call services
You supervise apprentices in their 2nd year of IT platform development as a practical trainer and support them specifically in their professional and personal development
You play a leading role in IT projects, particularly focusing on the introduction and support of Microsoft M365 products
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or hold a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in 2nd level support, ideally with a focus on Microsoft M365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive for Business
You have solid knowledge in the administration and optimisation of Microsoft M365 products
You speak fluent German and English
You have experience in team leadership and training of employees
