Role:
Do you enjoy leading people, taking on technical responsibility, and ensuring that plants operate reliably around the clock? You can expect a varied leadership role with responsibility for maintenance, investments, and the continuous development of the technical area.
Responsibilities:
Leading and developing a team as well as responsibility for the entire Technology department
Ensuring trouble-free operation of production plants and infrastructure
Planning and coordinating maintenance, repair work, and overhauls
Responsibility for technical investments, budget, and key figures
Initiating and implementing improvement measures
Coordination with internal managers, specialist departments, and suppliers
Optimising the use of personnel, materials, and resources
Responsibility for compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
Active participation in the management team and shaping the technical site development
Qualifications:
Technical education with further training at FH level, ideally FH engineer
Several years of experience in leadership and industrial maintenance
Experience in handling technical plants and infrastructure
Strong leadership personality with pronounced communication and decision-making skills
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Entrepreneurial thinking and high implementation strength
Very good German and good English skills
Experience with SAP and MS Office
Willingness to work on-call and shift duties in a 24/7 environment
